There are a few things we can check to get your Revive up and running:
- First, check to see if the Revive is fully charged by connecting it to the charging cable. If a green light appears, then it is fully charged. If not, plug the charging cable into a USB power source and charge it until the LED light on the pack turns green.
- Next, check to see if the earphones are being properly charged by the charging cable. Connect the two and check if a yellow light appears on the inline control box of the earphones.
If a light doesn't appear on either your Revive or your earphones after checking on the above, reach out to our support team support@revols.com, they are happy to help troubleshoot.
