Your Revols earphones use 2 types of Bluetooth connections, classic and low energy. You need both to be connected. If you go into settings on your phone you should see 2 Revols connections one with a blue "i" next to it, and one without. The classic connection is the one with the blue "i". If you are only seeing the low energy connection in your phones Bluetooth settings, please put your Revols into pairing mode. Hold the Play/Pause button for 3 seconds until you see a red light on the inline control box, indicating your headphones have been powered off. From this powered off state, hold Play/Pause button for 5 seconds, or until you see a fast blinking blue light.
You should see Revols show up under the "Other Devices" list in your Bluetooth settings. tap on it to connect, and then go back into the Revols app, and continue to follow the prompts inside the app to get setup. It should ask you to repair to the app. Once you do this double check your phone's Bluetooth settings, you should now see 2 connections.
